How to transfer Airtel credit from "Me2U"

"Me2U" is an Airtel credit sharing facility that allows you to take your generosity to the next level, meaning you can easily share credits with friends and family on Airtel easily in a jiffy.

To Transfer Airtel balance to another SIM line you need what is called transfer PIN code.

Every Airtel user has default transfer PIN code which is : 1234. It is important to change this PIN code to a secure one only you can remember as you activate the service to prevent your Airtel credit been transferred off your SIM without your consent.

You will be charged by Airtel N10 for each transfer, so be sure to have that  extra amount aside the original amount to transfer. So once you have loaded your account with the sum.

Proceed, to change the default PIN to a new PIN only known to you. You need to type - PIN [leave space] 1234 [leave space] New Password to 432. Example format: PIN 1234 6756 to 432. You will then be messaged that your password has been changed to the new PIN code you choose.

Now to transfer credits from your Airtel SIM to another, just go to your message app again, type 2u [Phone Number of recipent] [Amount to be transferred] [your new PIN] and send to 432.

Format example type: 080236475837482 400 6756 to 432.
